How can I change Luzia's language?

Luzia is designed to respond to you in the language in which you speak to it. In case you are having problems in the Luzia App, simply go to the settings and modify your language settings.

Why is Luzia's information not updated?

Like most artificial intelligence models, Luzia bases its knowledge on the information it was trained with until April 2023. This means that it has no ability to access real-time data or updates after that date. Therefore, its knowledge and the answers it provides are limited to what it learned until then.

Why does Luzia sometimes make mistakes or 'hallucinate'?

Like all AI models, they sometimes generate incorrect, irrelevant or unsubstantiated answers, a phenomenon we refer to as "hallucinations". While this term may sound surprising, it is actually a way of describing a technical limitation that can be caused by a variety of reasons, such as misinterpretation of context, lack of data or complexity of human language. To ameliorate these "hallucinations," we are constantly working to improve models and implement review and validation systems that minimize the frequency and impact of these occurrences. However, it is important to recognize that, at least for now, these "hallucinations" are part of the learning and evolution process of AI.

How can I create images?

To create images, start your request with the word '...'.Imagine(either by text or audio) and describe what you would like to create. Luzia will create a unique image in seconds. From the Luzia App, it's even easier: access the 'Imagine' section from the menu, describe your image and you're done. Plus, you can save your favorite images.

How can I transcribe audios?

Luzia can convert audio notes to text, allowing you to know the content of your audios without having to listen to them. You just need to forward your audio to Luzia, either on WhatsApp or on the Luzia App, and in seconds it will provide you with the transcription. In addition to transcribing, once you receive the transcript you can also ask her to translate the text, summarize the content or even elaborate a response.

To forward an audio to Luzia, simply press and hold the audio in the conversation where you received it and select the share option or look for the drop-down menu where you will find this option. Then choose Luzia from the list of available options and you're done!

How can I talk to other personalities?

In addition to interacting with Luzia, you can also chat with a variety of expert personalities in various areas to receive personalized advice. From WhatsApp, simply write '/friends' and choose the personality you want to talk to. From the application, it's even easier; you can access the 'Friends' section from the menu. I have talked to a Luzia personality on WhatsApp, how can I get back to chat with Luzia?

If you have talked to any of Luzia's 'Friends', you can always talk to Luzia again by typing the command '/friendsin your conversation and selecting Luzia. Otherwise, Luzia will automatically return after 10 minutes.

How can I delete my data?

If you wish to delete your personal data, you can do so as follows. Please note that this action is irreversible and your history and personalization preferences will be permanently deleted. In case you wish to use Luzia again, you will need to register as a new user.

* From WhatsApp, type the command '/deleteMyData' in your conversation with Luzia and you will receive a confirmation message. Once you accept the deletion of your data, all your data and interactions with Luzia will be permanently deleted within 24 hours maximum.

* From the App, access the 'Account' section from the menu and click on the 'Delete account' option. Once confirmed, all your data and interactions with Luzia will be permanently deleted within 24 hours maximum.
